Not only did they promptly return the documents I accidentally left behind, but the heating in the room was perfect for the chilly weather. the sitting area was cozy and inviting, and the dining table provided a great space for enjoying meals. the free toiletries were a nice touch, and the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it convenient for preparing meals. the electric kettle was a lifesaver for my morning tea, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury, and the proximity to local eateries such as Ye Olde Naked Man Cafe and the Shambles Fish & Chip Shop was a bonus. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and top-notch amenities, making my stay truly exceptional.
